Can't help but think there's a story behind this scene

its very sharp and the tones are very nice.. i actually kind of like this shot.. you may darken the petals just a shade, they are quite hot.. i think this shot works because its black and white.. i think if you would have posted this in color it would have been a mess.. but as is, it works for me..

Thanks Dustin - you are right, the colouroriginal was bright & too busy all round.
