My third and final post of today. Have been playing with pano type crops. Critiques welcome as always.

Not bad.
But probably could be improved in some way. Maybe include the street level plus one or two levels of office buildings. |

Yah, Syd some variation would probably make a difference. But there is good effort here in combining the different aspects of the pano together. New in this field and will learn from you. Regards. Jaki.

Hi Syd,
Interesting lines you have chosen for this shot - i have looked at this twice now and am still not sure if I like the diagonals or if it would look better straight?? Also the white balance seems a little funky - maybe my eyes and the fact its 7am but just feel it has a really unusual green cast to it. I am sure that the pano queen will comment soonand teach us all something new!! :G Dom |

Ok guys I'll work on an improvement. The green cast is deliberate Dom as I'm going for a boycesque feel, don't quite feel I pulled it off though.
"I am sure that the pano queen will comment soonand teach us all something new!! :G Dom" Should be interesting. I've never had a critique I don't think from our pano queen before. hint hint :? |

No editing other than a slightly wider crop. Any better?

I prefer the first cool green pic. I think a touch more contrast gives it a more moody feel.
I hope you dont mind but I took it and experimented with different shades then stuck them all together which made it a bit more abstract. |
