I like the first image better. It has more texture which for me increases the interest.

What is it we are looking at? I guess the bottom side of a large deck?

Spot on Mugs - actually forms a walkway under a new Restaurant that's being erected at our local park

I agree that the first one is better. The rough texture is one of the primary points of interest in this photo. Good eye to see the lines and patterns here. Simple fundamental technique and it works well here.

Thanks Lady - I prefer the first and frankly I've never really been a fan of running images through NeatImage - just seems a bit of a cheat.
