The last couple of my posts were of my critter. Here's my nephew.

If i wanted to spend the time, I guess I could clone out the background clutter.

Does any of the talented photographers on the forum have any other ideas to improve an idea such as this?

i would have zoomed in a bit more to only get the end of the tunnel. also position the kid so the top of his head is not obstructed by the tunnel rim. because of the dark areas of the tunnel it has also left your subject a bit overexposed and washed out.

its a good idea that looks great in family albums though and this one isn't too bad, just a few things to work on next time.

I'm not sure I'd zoom in further than you already have - I really like the reflections in the tunnel itself. I agree with Dustin on the placement of thelad's hat. Maybe if this is for a family album include the reflection in the base next time and then crop as a circle, with the kid at the centre? Not sure if it would work, just a thought.
