I took this shot long back like 4-5 months before.
Didn't know how to use photoshop then. after learning some photoshopwanted to try some editing and got this picture. hope it looks good. critiques are most welcom. thanks pasu_chennai |

hi pasu.
this is a nice sunset. you have the same problem as a lot of people shooting sunsets. meaning that when the light of the sun is too intense.. it tends to overpower the rest of the scene. this photo is good because it doesn't totallyoverpower the scene but the difference between the silhouette and the sun's light throws the photo off. still its a good photo. |

this is a pretty good shot..
i don't think the weeds in the foreground are really helping anything.. i might have cropped or cloned them out.. also, your horizon is right in the middle of the frame.. getting it a little lower will improve your composition and will make the sky look more expansive and give it depth.. especially with those clouds.. ------------ dustin www.hardwickphotos.com |
