The colors on the arches are coming from some of the stained glass windows across the way, and my brother is standing in the archway so you can see that these are not small arches. The whole floor is collapsed in between both sides of the arches.

Dustin is right you did over sharpen on this one. Do you add the colored lights? I like the location (as always). I think the frame is too big and distracts from the shot. Try a small frame with no effects. I also don't like the way that the copyright text goes on to the frame. You can do better!

Over processing removes the naturalness of a shot. got to keep an eye on that.

Good lord, this looks worse than just oversharpened. It looks like you enlarged a thumbnail and then tried to compensate for the blurry pixels by sharpening. And the frame! UGH! How long did it take you to think of making a white drop shadow? Even the font for your copyright notice is terrible.
Normally I'd be a bit more tactful, but if you'd just resized the photo and posted it as is it would have likely been a very nice image. It took a lot of effort to botch it up the way you did. |

it is fine if you do not like the picture.. and by all means say so, and give your reasoning.. but you do not need to make fun of the poster with rhetorical questions and exclamations, that does not help anyone learn and only discourages ppl from posting.. lets try to keep an environment that promotes learning and also is fun to be a part of.. thanks, dustin |

Hards80,
I say, if you give yourself the name "PHOTO-PRO" in all caps, you're just asking for it! :blah: |
