Oh, yeah. I saw it. I actually like dew and water shots. You should do some high speed splash photography if you never have.

this is a really cool shot
i really like the 1st crop of the shot. i think it presents more asthetic value than the tighter crop. Form and shape is great and very well composed nice ken |

It very original. I quite like the feel to it/ The first one at least.
Something quite relaxing about it. Experiment with a more DOF. First one of these I have seen. Will have a look at the others. |

At first I thought that I preferred the others but the crop hooked me. Taking a second look left me puzzled as too which out of the series is the best.
![]() Again there is something rather calming and relaxing about this series. Great catch. It might be worth repeating the experiment with different surfaces. |

I liked the "don't stare at this too long" one better: http://www.stevesforums.com/forums/v...mp;forum_id=90
On this shot however - I personally would have cropped out the right side - I like the DOF on the left and the smaller drops instead of the big puddles. One idea for this scenario would be diferrent lighting... It would be cool to get a shot like this or the "don't stare" shot along with some color reflected in the droplets. Joey |
