Hey guys, I posted these photos in the wildlife forum. Please critique number 5. I have kept editing in line with the photographic association I belong to which eliminates the use of any selective editing(i.e. doging and burning) and cloning.

![]() Hi, Really nice series. So on number 5... apart from the obvious distraction in the foreground which a clone job would really take care of, the branch that the bird is on is moving. I think a faster shutter speed to reduce that movement would have helped. Also the bird itself looks a little fuzzy - not sure if that is from the beers last night! My personal fave is the kingfisher- number 1. Thats cool man... and the composition of the eagle is nice too. Dom |

I think they're pretty amazing actually. The weather is the same here at the moment. Very dreary and set to get worse by the end of the week with a cold front from Syberia.

Thanks everyone for looking in and commenting. If ever you are going to make a trip to photograph wildlife, Malawi is up there with the best possible options to travel to. The birds in the park I visited had never been hunted by man before so even though they showed some fear of man, it was based more on the fact that I was bigger then them rather then that I was going to eat them, making it quite easy to get close.
