i am having trouble seeing the relationship or the connection between the "bloody" sky and the row of trees.. i am thinking that such an effect in the sky would be better off paired with a more ominous or more harsh landscape.. maybe paired with some sharp rocky area or something that fits the mood better..

I will say that this is beyond my realm and scope of understanding what is trying to be conveyed here.

I don't like it.

Interesting collage and a bit foreboding for sure. Substituting my imagination for yours, I am thinking that the scenic part might compliment the bloodstained sky effect if it had something sombre in it as well. A burned out building or the cross of a graveyard for instance. Thinking along the lines of scary movie makers, like Alfred Hitchcock is where I'm going. For me this type of image is usually linked to that type of thing. Very different for sure. Best regards,

Yeah, I agree. My imagination isn't strong enough........ thankfully :(

Mad_grill, while I see you have a vivid imagination, I tend to think this is sightly too abstract and lacking a necessary context for the generalmajority.

Maybe Marilyn Manson might like it ?

I'd quite like the shot as is without the stainy stuff in the sky.
