took this last summer at a local park. the iris was growing in a swampy area across a stream, and the shot was taken at full 12x zoom (430mm equivalent), 1/320 @ f4. i cropped it a bit, and played with the lighting a little in PS to achieve the soft, almost "churchy" look. ithas a very serene and meditative feel to it...

this is nice.. the depth of field is great.. the soft, feel is really nice.. i just really like the overall mood given by this shot.. very nicely done my friend..
