gives me a real tropical feeling. i'd say that saturation is just about too much but you're on the border so idk. works really nicely though. pleasing to the eye.

thanks julie (where you been?) and mike (same to you)
the funny thing is is that the post processing of the shot didn't involve as much saturation boost as you'd think. by manipulating the shadows and selective blur and just playing around i've discovered a way to give it that "over saturated" feel without boosting the sat. too much. i will be experimenting with this proceedure and will be posting the results as soon as i can. thanks again! scot |

now that you mention it, i can see the blur on the moss in the foreground. it's somewhat distracting now that i'm looking at it, lol.
you're more proficient w/ photoshop than i am though. hopefully w/ time i'll master it. -mj- |

Hi,
Prefer the other one (old school) to this one. The blur is very distracting. However the colours are really really cool! I particularly like the blue of the water in this one. So are you using a filter for this or is it standard CS2 tools? Dom edit: Doh! I see the blurring was done on purpose...! Still prefer your other one... :blah: |
