D Reb XT Kit lens

It was very windy the other day and this was the smoothest pond shoot I have.

it is a little soft.. but if oversaturate it a bit and then apply some blur layers, you may be able to get a nice artistic representation out of it..

Great comp and colors. Softness does not hurt this shot at all. The colors are like,

"WOW".

But that is my preference. I like richly saturated shots.

I knew someone would think it wasover the top. I had another in the bag just in case. Sharp enough??? Or maybe I should go for the soft dreamy look??? NOT !

hey now.. was that sarcastic comment directed my way??:blah: there is room in the photog world for both lightly and heavily processed shots..

btw- maybe splitting the difference between these two edits would combine the best of them both..

Thanks for the advice and I hope you know that everyone here depends on you for advice.

As for this photo, the print has gone to it's new home already and thanks to you it went at the lower saturation and higher sharpness. IT LOOK BEAUTIFUL at 11 x 17. But since it was the in-laws they would have loved it no mater what it looked like. (Gosh, I hope they don't put it on the refrigerator with the grandkids hand prints)
