blame my PC, or my eyes,
but i just feel the picture looks hazy. I would say something similar to overexposure in low light. A bit sharper image would have the sky more prominent. It appears as if a layer of shadow is over the image. Or a tweak in saturation would help. But overall its a nice shot with the white cloudy sky. The car doesnt distract me. Infact it would be more interesting and more natural to have the car in focus. No "Hard" feelings dude. Just wrote what i felt. svb |

thanks for the comments!!
![]() i thought about cloning the cars, but on reflection i left them to show that it was possible to have beauty even in a populated area.. i am not really seeing the haze.. it was quite windy so the leaves are perfectly sharp, but i didnt think they turned out too bad.. its rapidly becoming fall, so the overall colors of the grass and some of the evergreen trees are a little muted which could give the illusion of hazy muted colors? -------- dustin http://www.hardwickphotos.com |

I love the sky and the colors but I do agree with Nymph, also on my Monitor it looks little hazy or flat, not sure what it is. Almost like there is a cast of haze or something through out the pic.

I don't see the haze. Monitor differences can come into play. The only part that I see that might fall in that category would be the grass directly in the center at the bottom of the shot but that looks more like harsh lighting. Very nice color and composition.

It looks a little harsh to me and it dropped some of the cloud details but definitely added a bit more snap. Perhaps something in between.

on my screen the edit looks overprocessed with some artifacting.. i guess steve-forums viewers need to do a batch-calibration to get all our monitors looking the same
