well, first time with the night shots.. i think they turned out ok, i definately need some more practice though.the camera that i have is a sony w1 and im using a wideangle lens.

yea.. the white balance is off on these due to the mixed lighting.. the headlights are too hot as well.. i would try to find a more neutral area not near the neon, and at most only have parking lights on...

Just to let any car photographers know, a really wide angle shot taken from down low in front of the radiator grill will make any car look superb.

Camera shake on all of these. Still the first is ok.. nice shot.
Try again with tripod or some kind of support. This lighting could make the shots interesting if you can get them sharp. This is quite important for cars. The last 5 with the car in a parked position beside the wall is a non starter. Look more to the position of the car in the first two, but keep a bit further from the wall. Make the car look like its biting to go.. not sleeping. Secondly experiment - open one of the car doors and/or swing the wheel all round so your wheel protrudes from the arch... (wipe the dirt from the tyre though) Can of lacquer works well for that new type look on the treads.... will be removed on your nextwheel spin I'm sure... :? |
