It's quite a disconcerting picture. Well done on that part.
However, I think the two focu points in the shot are distracting. The man detracts from the graffiti and the graffiti detracts from the man. Because you don't have the man in focus, and he isn't really doing anything, you would probably have been better off without him. Just letting the graffiti and the style of the shot speak for itself. I understand that this is more of a once off shot, so well done. |

Yip,
I wasn't sure whether to do something with the graffiti or not. I think I will now as while I like it, a few others alsohave said it is spoiling the shot. I will dull it down and see what it looks like. I'm more interested in keeping the figure there as thats where the story in the shot lies. The man is doing something.... he is traveling home haha. Anyway a second opinion on which to keep will be welcome. Actually its not a one off. This is quite easy to do in any moving vehicle when you can get a decent reflection from the window. I took about 5 of 6 in a similar way with different characters and captions. If anyone is interested I will post another. |

i quite like this shot.. i think i will like it more if the grafitti is toned down, for me the man going home is where this shot is at and that will become more apparent if the grafitti isn't fighting him so much..
post a few more of these, i think its a rather interesting idea! -d |
