don't know if either really works...
it's a new spot and i was late for the arrival of dusk. had to scramble, and it was a smokin' 38 degrees! thank god the beach house tavern was a few hundred feet away for a bit 'o warm up! |

this place is called Titlow (no, really) beach, in northwest tacoma, washington.
there used to be an old ferry dock there (i think). now there is a cool park with a view of the narrow bridge, a neat little seafood place called steamers, the beach house tavern and these old pilings. scot |
