I went to the smokies for a 3 day weekend and shot about 200+ raw photos.
Here is a fairly quick (5-10 minutes) edit of one of them. As always thanks for the honest criticism. I'll post more photos soon. |

i like the soft layered look to this... but because of this i dont like the foreground trees as it breaks the soft, pastel feel to it.. maybe you have some shots without them?

Of this exact scene, I do have some shots with out it but they are zoom crops of this area or similar ones. I look into them. Personally, I kinda like the trees in front but I will experiment with the other shots. This above one is looking from the deck of the chalet we stayed at!
I also took shots from clingmans dome (6600+ feet) which is almost all layers and from newfoundland gap which is similar. I have a few sunsets too. I just don't have much time for post processing unfortunelty. |
