there really isn't much going on in the shot...just the guitar and the light/shadow patterns on the wall...
i do agree the guitar could stick out more...but i don't think it blends into the wall...

The headstock is the primary subject(center of interest) or I assume it is based on the title given. The light and shadows on the wall are elements that should support and focus the viewer's attention on the intended center of interest.
