Thank you for looking at my picture. I know I don't post often, I guess I just don't take very many good pictures.
On this picture I told the butterfly to openher wings several times. But butterflies are really dumb and she seemed to have no idea what to do so she put on a big fake looking smile that ruined mostof the other pictures from this set. Her name was Juanita and she later moved to Mexico and got a job modeling there afterI taught her everything she knew. I know CorelPaint strips the Exif data so here it is from the original. if only she would have landed on the other side of the stamen... but like you said, dumb and stubborn.. so not much you can do there...
love the colors and the general composition on this.. maybe a little unsharp mask would help out the sharpness a bit... overall, other than the quibble above, this shot works well for me.. ----------- dustin www.hardwickphotos.com |

Aumma... You're too kind... But thanks I love it.
Julies517... Thanks. My mom always told me if I didn't have something funny to say then don't say it... Oh wait... No, no, no. She's the one that told me "Knock off the jokes or I'll hit you with my shoe!" Man that shoe hurt. (this is an actual account from many years ago ) Dustin... Thank you.I took this from a competition picture 10 X 10 250 dpi and it really did loose something. So you forced me to mask it off again and do a quick usm zap. DidI help it or hurt it??? I'll have to remember to optimize when I post. Thanks again dale |

I think it is nice. I would adjust the levels and try to punch up the reds alittle. I'm not a fan of the frame, but I never have been.
