here, try the google english translation. I cant vouch for the accuracy, but at least it in english:cool:

just paste in the web address to the spot that says translate web page and choose the language you want translated from and too and it will translate the page. i tried to paste a direct link but google wont allow it. doh..

And here's the same effect doubled, with levels for added contrast and color balance for a bluer tint.
