Umm not really my sorta thing but i wil have a go
I think ther needs to be a stonger sense of form in the shot. Maybe even a less grainy approach. Umm i think ther needs to be something to draw the eye into nybe black and white backing to draw eye in as ther is no focus its had to determine. im assuming its the green bit as it seems to be in the foreground. hope u dont mind my take on it Im not even sure what i have done, just tried to guide the eye in a bit more. |

It does have an impressionist painting feel. Perhaps if you used the oil painting tool from photoshop that was used on the flower girls. Then you could sell it to an art gallery.

id say something thats completley out of focus has to be something obvious to the viewer, unless that effect is what your after in some sort of guessing game
