I purchased a Cokin P7 (Wratten 89B equiv) IR filter about two months ago and am still trying to figure out what to do with it. Here are some shots to show what I am attempting.

The first is a normal full color shot:

The second is the color shot converted to grayscale for comparison with IR:

The third is the same scene with the filter:

In the fourth picture, I split the IR shot to RGB channels, discarded the Blue and Green channels and did a histogram adjust on the Red Channel:

I have seen some outstanding IR shots here in the forums but when I have asked how it was done, I got no reply. Any comments good, bad or constructive are appreciated. Thanks.
