Hey,
I just got the Rebel XT about a week ago. this is my first digital and my first slr camera. At anyrate I took this picture the first day i took the camera out. I just wanted to get some critiques... there was no editing done to the photo except for cropping it. and, is there anyway to post a photo without degrading its quality to fit the size requirements on here? |

I hope you enjoy your new camera. Try this shot again and if you use flash, set exposure compensation to -3.0EV and flash compensation to 0.0EV for no compensation. Spot meter on the flower. A tripod will also be useful if you have one.

I doubt you'll find a lot of difference...I know there's always some loss of quality but for the most part pics posted retain pretty good image quality. I think if you post in the nieghborhood of 600X800 you'll get a fairly good result. Best regards,
