Taken from underneath this Japanese tree looking towards the sun. Lots of foliage and it's obviously very busy, but I liked the tree's outline. I cloned out a bright area and did some levels to this, but not much else. I think this would make a good subject in the winter when the foliage was not so extreme, and the tree was empty of leaves. Maybe if a bit of snow or frost was available. Dream on.....Cheers.....thekman.

Love the complexity of this pic, and the twisty silhouette of the branches against all that foliage. Really nice.

if this was mine, i'd crop out the leaf in the bottom left corner...

very unusual viewpoint, I actually thought I was looking down from the top of the tree through the branches, look again and Im looking up:-)

Thanks for the comments everyone. I wasn't really sure what kind of reaction would come from this shot. Everytime I look at it I think of arteries and veins. Lol..Vito-I thought about cloning that large leaf out, but decided to leave it in for now. I agree that it does distract a bit. Good observation. Cheers........thekman.
