Very good for your first try,:| but there are a couple things to mention... First, you may want to clean the pollen off the petals before shooting, and secondly, I personnally don't agree with the background colour.

good first attempt.. overall the composition isn't bad.. but you are a bit underexposed, when you fill the frame with this much white, overexpose a stop or two to keep your whites brilliant.. that would go along way to improve this shot..
