Default Macro on a butterfly.

So what do you guys think, took this shot in Thailand. And worked on it a litle bit.. I've only done a couple of macro shots, this was on freehand.

It looks like the focus is sharp, and your DOF looks good. I would suggest darken the highlights and add a small amounts of selective saturation. After that you might want to add +1 contrast.

I think the image would work better if it was turned into a vertical with the butterfly at the top. Crop off some of the red/orange background, increase the brightness of the highlights and call it a day. nice capture.
