d50 50mm 1.8f, just started to mess about with macros and decided to do a 'eye'. any interest?

i like the angle a lot. the soft focus/shallow dof.....maybe a little too soft?

Did you purposely make it soft like that? It kinda looks post processed to get that effect. If not, stop down the lens several stops and see if you can't focus everything.

i used the 50mm lens reversed method, which doesnt leave much room for stopping down in bad light (which this was).... good advice tho, thanks... the only pp i did was a usm 1, and the bw effect

i like the b/w. even the softness doesn't bother me, just wondering if part of the eye was more sharp if it would be a stronger image? the angle is really cool though
