i like this shot alot.. the layered look works well and the colors in the sky are just wonderful.. i think you have a winner here.. i am looking forward to future posts..

Thanks for your comments, I really appreciate that.
I didn't used any filter, the settings are: ISO 64, 1/20 sec, f3.7, 200 mm, EV +0.3. Manual exposure. |

the blur is mist or fog i would imagine, and that is one thing i like about this shot, is its soft feel..

the photo is too large for the page. Post at 800 or below in order to give the full impact of your shot.
Please tell me if I am wrong but I think you have manipulated this in some way and it doesn't work for me. Did you soften or blur this? Anyway whether it came out the camera thus or not its way too soft, blurred etc. Its not pleasant on the eyes. Its a shame because it could have been really good. I hope you have other shots of this scene as I can see the potential. I'm not saying that soft in the right context or level is sometimes not right. there isjust too much here. The mid-ground up to the sky is ok if you had caught the fore-ground silhouette in focus. Tell me was this your intention as it is? As it stands, sorry not for me. |
