Hi everyone, because you not supposed to post more then one shot in this forum, I posted these in the landscape forum. If you find the time, please could you critique them and choose a favourate.

john, i really love that first shot.. the compositon is great, with the boat ont he left 1/3 and the shoreline placed nicely.. then the lovely blue background.. simply a wonderful travel/landscape shot.. i probably would have shot that exact shot had i been there.. so take that as a compliment if you want.. hehe..
the whole set is strong.. that was just my personal fav.. |

Thanks Dustin, I'll take it as a compliment. It was the first serious shot I took with my 70 to 200 2.8 and therefore also one of my favourates. Thanks Jaki too for commenting.

they all give me the itch to travel, john, but i get a kick out of #4.
a boat/dugout piggback + the fact that theirs a shiny new outboard on a rather shabby looking skiff. looking foreward to seeing more! scot |

I'm with Dustin on no. 1 - great shot, which reminds me of a photo on the cover of a Lonely Planet guide to Thailand, so you're in good company!
I also like no. 2, where you've applied the rule of thirds very well. There's also some interest in the water with the coral reefs (I presume that's what they are). |

Thanks Frenchy, sorry to dissapoint you, but thats not correl, it is Lake Malawi which is entirely fresh water and what you see is underwater plants.
