Nice pic, Quan...a tad blurry. Did you use a tripod?

Hi Kenneth,
I used a tripod and exposed 30" with ISO 400. I should have exposed the picture less than that time since theclouds were moving slowly but 30" was enough to make them blur. Thanks and regards, Quan |

Ya, that explains it. I love the colors tho. What are the lights? I can understand the clouds moving in 30 sec...but are those boat lights? They're out of focus or blurry as well. Really great setting...sea and clouds with the moonlight. Would have been fantastic if the focus/motion were not blurred. Best regards,

Focusing is important. This is very blurry. Try focusingat infinity if you can't get a proper af, or do it manually. Metering is important here too. Don't know how bright you wanted the moon etal, but you could try spot metering, and then bracket maybe 5 shots to get the desired exposure. WC.
