Yes I like that much better. The shoreline just vanished into the forum on the last one. Great job.
I might edit out the small are at the bottom right, which appears to be a little pool of water and it might even improve more. |

The problem I ran into with these shots was where I had to stand to keep an annoying, huge bunch of weeds that grew right to the tide line out of the picture. I was practically standing in the water when I took these. I do have access to a weed-wacker, though...

Its a great shot. This version tends to "put you there" since the shore extends down and you have a place to plant your feet

Thanks guy's!
One thing I hope you realize. I gave my Rebel to my best friend (she's a way better photographer than I am) and at this time only shooting with a Kodak EasyShare 5.0 I bought for 75 bucks. Until I can afford a real camera, I'm making the best of it. Hope you don't mind if I keep posting. |

yeah. no kidding. thanks, dustin, for your always honest take on peoples artwork. i
always have a problem with telling people what i like or don't (though that's why i post here, isn't it?). but then i realize that that's what makes us better at what we love. right? i suppose i should get on the ball and give a few reviews of my own. scot |

commenting and criqiquing others works, as well as self-critiquing is a valuable learning tool.. and there is no point in commenting if you aren't going to be honest..
