I like old churches like this. The first post you sent, the modified one on canvas I liked too. However, I just think if you had used a finer canvas. I have tried the texture thing but sometimes it just doesn't do what one would hope. It looked like a small picture on a large gauge canvas if you know what I mean. Even so I still think it was a great effort.

It seems like it got missed Alex. I have noticed that sometimes beginners pics often do get missed by the more experienced photog's. However, if we read the critiques, techniques, praise, comments and advicea fewgive to each other, we maylearn some lessons from them!

hello syd / yes that is true, its nice to be able to learn things, the one thing i have learned is to take more time over my shots, and think what iam doing, or going to do with the shot in front of me.

This is a beautiful structure worth revisiting again and again. As far as this picture goes, I think the canvass effect is overdone. A finer texture would probably work nicely.

I'm looking forward to seeing more photos of this chuch, it's a beauty.
