I like where you were going with this. Perhaps it is your resize, but the original looks to be not of great quality and you tried to clean it up. The petals lack detail, and there is an outline around the flower of distinct pixels, perhaps noise reduction or background blur. The post work needs work.
Why is the entire backgound green? what was it shot against? I think a different color background would do more justice to this shot. |

ah, much better conversion. I like it. I might be nit picking but maybe just clone out the little leaf that appears in the extreme bottom right corner.

perhaos your original host compresses graphics to save bandwith, of course at the expense of image quality. You can easily see the difference in your shots.

the 2nd shot looks good.. maybe clone out the 2nd flower that is out of focus in the background so the whole background blur is green..
