Here's a few shots of my English Bulldog "Emma" inour front yard.
{edit} This is Emma waiting formy daughters' school busto arrive. This is a daily ritual for her, and the whole reason I took this photo. ![]() This one I simply decided to spin her around and capture the same angle. ![]() ...and a headshot for the modeling agency. ![]() This isthe wife and her cat during an afternoon nap. ![]() |

Hey Point...
All shot are good..My favorites are the 3rd and 4th shots...#2 comes in 3rd... Dont really care for #1....With the doggies back to the camera, I dont see anything interesting there...My opinion though...#3 is really nice...colors good and focus just right... btw, you said "your front yard"....holy smokes, glad I dont have to mow the grass in your yard...sheesh :? |

LOL, yeah...we're on 3-acres, and the front yard takes up 1 of those. I'm glad I dont have to mow it either, the Mexicans take care of that for us!! That why I was one of the few people that did NOT want the government sending em back over the border...I'm not sure if our housekeeper or our landscape crewis "legal", ya know!! Quote:

![]() I didn't see anything wrong with the dog's back to the camera simply because by virtue of the fact it is from the rear told me the photographer had something in mind when the picture was taken: once you get past the composition then what does the picture say. To me when I first saw it my attention was immediately drawn to the dog ''looking at something.'' However, it took a critique from a poster to make the photographer speak up. ![]() |

Yes, perhaps I should have prefaced that pic with an explanation of what I was capturing. I'll edit my original post. Thank you for your feedback...its very helpful to us "newbies". |
