i think these work very well as ashort "essay" on the workings of this pizza parlor.. i think you have caught good moments... i would encourage you to play with the levels just a bit and do a fair amount of sharpening..

in the first shot, if the man(tosssing)s expression was captured closer and brighter, the shot would have conveyed more meaning..
