That is a shadow on her face??? It looks like it panted on but it is a shadow ???? Great picture except for the shadow. It is a shadow... Isn't it ? dale |

i think the shadow comes from a light source to the left and below the frame..
but anyways, i like the selective focus on the first one.. i think this one would be pretty cool presented in black and white? -dustin |

Dale- it IS a shadow on her face LOL! window light from the setting sun. these were the last two of the 19 shots she allowed. many of the others were underexposed or completely out of focus. i'll have to keep at it, i'll try the mono later...thanks everyone!

Julies, that is a good composition. The angle is eh...but I still don't understand this kind of lens.
