One thing that catches my eye is that the birds stomach seems to have almost no texture at all. Probably a lighting issue beyond control. The framing and texture on the top are amazing.

Nice shot Ken - youare getting very crisp, well focused results; not easy with birds. The crop is a little tight for me and I think I would have 'lost' more of the chest area since the head is the subject interest here (I think).
