Took this shot in a mechanical workshop but dun know if it is OK. I would much appreciate your constructive comments and advice.

i would convert this to black n white or a sepia tone to give it a more industrial gritty look.. then open up the shadows just a bit as well..

Hi Dustin,

Well, I don't have any knowledge or experience in BW processing. Please could you explain more about "then open up the shadows just a bit as well..". Yet, followed your advice,I used Irfanview to convert it tograyscale,reduced the brightness and added more contrast.Please advise if this is the way. Here is theversion in BW.

its not exactly what i had in mind.. but i kind of like it.. maybe don't lower the brightness quite that much... leave it a bit brighter..
