that is an amazing circle! in photoshop: crop a square from your image, go to filter-distort-polar coordinates, select polar to rectangular. rotate image 180 degrees, go to filter-distort-polar coordinates again, this time choose rectangular to polar. this is a fun trick, play with different photos and crops but beware- it can be addicting!

Alex, this is a cool shot. The effect works really nicely with this subject - the distortion of the buildings is intriguing.

I tried this before when Julie mentioned it previously but I never managed to get an effect like that - obviously using the wrong photos. As LadyHawk said, the buildings are intriguing.
