Folks, I tried this out and here is the result. I used a reflector made of foil paper. Use an artificial background sharpened a bit. The colours are as natural as it was in the flower. Can see a shadow but I hope it is not interfering with your appreciation. Was interested in having the entire flower in view.

Sorry Jaki, I don't like the background and the stem is a litlle dark in comparison to the flower' head and background. The flower's head is nicely illuminated

i think the flower turned out really nice here, i too would like to see it against a more simple background, this one doesn't add anything to this image. i'm glad you are having fun experimenting though!
