This was taken with my 20D and my 28-134 mm f4.5-5.6 IS EF lens. @ 1/10 sec, f5.6, Ex +1 stop, zoomed near 100 mm, 3200 ISO.

I'd love to hear your thoughs on this one.

i think you will find that this technique works better if the subject is either coming at you or is stationary.. the combination of movement from the zoom and lateralmovement from the subject is just too much for this shutter speed...

and you may want to put a seizure warning on this shot... hehe.. :blah:
