The sun had set on the pier when I saw this sax player performing for coins. I bumped up the ISO to 1600. In PP I used Topaz DeNoise and Clarity settings.

Is the color one an autoHDR? It seems too contrasty.

I like the B&W better but I think I'd bring down the brightness and maybe add a bit of contrast to that one.

No HDR, but one of the settings in Topaz Adjust

i also like the original, but as the others have stated, its too bright and flat.

i am not a big fan of hdr-effects (added as i was typing this before your comment on topaz) on skin tones, its just too unnatural for me.

I agree with all the comments above. This is one that might do even better with the noise from high ISO. Of the two above, I prefer the color version.

Here is a different color version. The setting sun added quite a bit of warmth to the original.
