I am new to posting pics here(and photography)but I would like to get some feedback on what I think are good shots, dont worry im not too sensitive, tell me what you really think, thanks.

Very nice.

The histogram shows that the highlights and shadows are blown, but with a shot like that, that's hard not to do.

And, no offense, but it's hard to screw up a sunrise.

The scene must have been beautiful that morning. As TCav said it is hard getting the photo so as not to simultaneously over and under expose the shot. There are a lot of good things in that shot given the lighting conditions. I find that I have more success if taken just before the sun breaks the horizon since it reduces the amount of light coming in the aperture. Of course you could argue that a shot without the sun isn't really a sunrise :-). Short of some filtering though it really is difficult and I don't have the kind of rig that allows for add on filters. Keep posting, you will find that there are people on this forum from all over the world who love to help.

I think sunrises are more bello than sunsets. Especially when they are over water.

That is a great picture.
