After I took my son to the Ferry I decided to try and reach the moon and pull it down in to the new eye.. I think I did a good job but looking to make better on the zooming in with the new camera.

I saw this moon last night driving home, but I don't have a camera with me. This is an unusual crescent moon on a horizontal position. Nice capture!

nice waning gibbous moon phase (assuming you hav'nt flipped the image in PS or anything!)
As critique, id say it could be a tad sharper, and its detail is blown in the highlights. Metering off a brighter part of the moon ( or setting shorter shutter speed) will fix that and give a lot more detail. Lovely detail along the terminator regardless. |

I did run it through a photo shop but nothing major... new camera so watching what it throws... I am trying to figure out why it will not take a shot when I hit x5 or x10.... the view is great when I focus but it will not take..???
