Nice reflection and colours but I think for a bridge the crop is too tight. Regards. Jaki

Nice reflection in the water. In regards to what Jaki said I agree, the crop might be a little too tight.
Here is a rough edit (and it really is rough!) to add a bit more sky. I don't know how much you cropped or if this part of your image is missing all together. Keep up the good work. |

Thanks much, Jaki, Ken and shadowlies for your feedback
![]() Yes, in retrospect ("retro 'vision' ") the crop is too tight. That is the wonder and benefit of asking for others for their take on a photograph. FYI, I cropped tight to eliminate some distracting elements on the left (and also used scratch removal to remove some power lines). Of course, given that the sun was low on horizon, about an hour before sundown, and the sun's rays were almost perpendicular to the horizontal axis of the bridge I coulda just walked acrossed the bridge and shot the pic from the other side! Just another reason to return to a nice subject ![]() Also, thought I was aware of perspective (like seeing railroad tracks seeming to merge in the distance)I did not consider the use of vanishing effect for this photo. Soooooo...in a word, I learned heaps from all of you! You have given me some great :idea:s Thank you! Thank you too, shadowlies, for a wonderful edit. It is definitely an improvement! Digcamfan |

This is a nice subject.
I'd like to see more of it: different angles, different lighting, different details - - - that's not much to ask, it? :!: :? The edited version is nice too - the extra bit of sky works nicely. |
