Once again another wheelchair waits in the hallway lost within the peeling paint.

The effect of this shot is similar to that of the walker. In this one, though, too many of the wheelchair details are lost in the dark. The walker was more effectively illuminated.

Yah, LadyHawk touches the nerve of the issue. Couldn't put it better than he has done. But for emphasis, you used the light coming in through the door very well. The composition the environment also matches the story of the wheel chair.
