i am on the fence as to whether i think its too tight of comp..

i find elephants hard to shoot since there is not much color and if they are in a zoo they totally wreck the place they are in.. i think maybe a little more angle would get your a little more depth to this one, but not sure.. like i said its tough..

i'm of the opinion of, on this particular shot, a tighter crop incorperating more of the eye,
mouth and trunk.

i tried a few myself, yet could not find a suitable crop.

what i think is missing to give this shot a bit more symmetry is the to of his/her head.

plus, what i really love about these creatures are their ears, which are, of course,


i would love to see what other shots you have of this guy.
