Interesting - is the telephone cord a feature of this shot or there by accident?

The telephone cable is important for the story: it suggest that the girl is talking to someone... and it's important for the composition: it follows the diagonal line, it fills the dark area on the left, it gives depth...

I like the concept of your photograph very much. It hints at a story but still leaves a lot to the viewers' imagination. Hmmmm .... I'm not sure if the girl is the caller, her image reflected in a mirrored surface on the phone, or if she is actually some kind of ghost or computer generated hologram inside the phone. Or is someone else using the phone; calling the girl and seeing her in his mind's eye? A mystery! The tension and downward angle of the phone cord tells me a lot about the emotional state of the person who is holding the receiver, whether it is the girl or someone talking to her. They make it seem as if the person on the end of the receiver is stretching the cord so that they can crouch down as far as possible in the phone booth ... perhaps trying to hide from prying eyes. I don't know if this was this your intent, or not, but I did enjoy puzzling over it. Thanks for sharing. Ria
