I finally mustered up the courage to post some photos. I have had my D50 for about 6 months. 18-70, 80-200 f/2.8, 50 f/1.8, 300 f/4, 600ex, Tamron 1.4x

Be kind please....and honest!

Welcome to the forum....
I dont know why you waited so long to post...Your photos are good...
#1 - This shot is has good composition and colors...Don't care for the speed limit sign though...
#2 - I am jealous...I have been trying to get a hummer for years...No luck so far...
#3 - This one for me is just ok...Nothing special about it...IMO of course...
#4 - Great doggie shot...I like this one alot...
Good first post....Lets see more...

ditto what john said. about 1-3

I really like the dog. Probably the best pet shot I've seen. wonderful lighting and composition. I don't mind the extra background, although I do wish it was on top and that would lead your eye downward, but that's a minor critique.

Nice series! I agree the speed limit sign needs to go ... hummer is ok but next year try it a little faster & take a bunch of shots, you may get the wings stopped. It's tough but possible! The backyard is nice ... the dog is AWESOME! I agree with gretto, some of the foreground could be cropped but still leave some to draw to the pup's face! BTW, great expression on its face!!!

The dog pic is great. I too would crop the bottom.

The first pic is awesome, but the speed limit sign could/should be cloned out.
