This is a sample of one of the pictures I took last week while testing this new drag supra.

I know the picture is not perfect, that's why I posted here to learn from you what should I have in mind and change/enhance in order to have a better picture.
This picture was taken with my old lens 18-70mm. I just bought a new 18-200mm which I'm going to test out very soon.
Your feedback and recommendations are highly appreciated.

a nice shot mate

i love my drag racing.

what did this car do anyways?

Import drag racing is getting big in NZ. A NZ Nissan Skyline GTR has just set the fastest time ever for a 4wd gtr skyline @ 7.5. amazingh stuff. Little old NZ taking on the world.

back the shot. i like it. I think it needs the tones darkened and some tricky unsharp masking to really bring out those reflections and intricate graphics.

See wht you think

Woow, that is a very nice enhancement, I should check how to do it in Photoshop.
Back to the drag event, unfortunally, our drag strip has 250m of stoppind distance, which is not enough for such fast cars:?, therefore, the driver had to remove his feet after passing the first 200m and it got 9.2 seconds, which is a nice record
So far the best street legal skyline record is http://www.gtr.co.uk/forum/upload/49...hlight=red+r33

That's not a bad record on low boost
